Banana pancake

Ingredients: 

  • 1 mashed banana 
  • 2 eggs or 4 egg whites
  •  1 Tbsp almond flour 
  • 1 Tbsp oatmeal flour (you can use only almond flour if needed)
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


Instructions: 

Mix well all ingredients together.
Pour as small pancakes into a very hot pan sprayed with avocado spray oil, lower to medium heat. Turn pancakes when start bubbling for another 1 min or until ready

*You can also bake it in a cupcake baking dish. 350F for 20-25 min.
