Lifestyle Workshop
4 group meetings, 1.5 hours - Once a week
In this 4- meeting workshop (1.5 hours each) ,
you will acquire some knowledge on how to maintain healthy balanced lifestyle from nutrition standpoint.
- Learn how to read food labels
- Get familiar with healthy and clean ingredients
- Learn how to create your own weekly menu for matinees and for weight-loss.
- Learn how to avoid cravings
- Learn how to manage and maintain a balanced diet when eating out at restaurants or ordering in. when going out to an event or while traveling or going to a long weekend.
- Learn how to upgrade your favorite recipes and new recipes you would like to cook, to be cleaner, more nutritious and replace empty calories with sufficient calories.
- Join a short live via zoom with me in my kitchen
- Receive new healthy balanced recipes
- Receive over 300 US recommended clean products from different brands and supermarkets.
- Join a whatsu’p group to ask questions and share - for the 3 weeks of the program

I love experimenting with making up new healthy recipes in the kitchen. “playing” with different ingredients such as spices, vegetables, different flours and natural sweeteners.
