I believe that we should be able to eat everything! But all-in moderation and attention.

Balance your diet is about looking at the ingredients of your food and choose wisely.
It is about looking at your food as an equation of protein, fat & complex carbohydrate.
And it is about enjoying your meals, enjoying your lifestyle and feeling in-control.
You look at your diet, from a weekly view which makes it easier to balance.

We don’t count calories. We look at the quality and type of food we are eating, and placing it in the right place.

Get to know me

My name is Lital Shemesh Haluts.

I am a wellness and nutrition coach. I specialize in helping clients losing weight and get healthier, by keeping healthy lifestyle, balanced diet and eat clean, nutritious & yummy foods.
All my life, since I was 7 years old, I was over- weight. I struggled with losing weight and tried different methods. But it always felt like a war.
I wasn’t really sure what is good for me and what is not. I just didn’t know! And it was so frustrating.
